Coaching Overview

A very experienced Executive Coach & Mentor and Independent Consultant, with long international experience in the fields of Manufacturing, Computing, Insurance, FMCG Food Production, Telecommunications, Government Agencies and large multi-national and national Companies.  Andrew is British with Polish roots and is fluent in both English and Polish.

Andrew is Managing Partner of the Corporate Coaching Forum and a member of the: European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), International Coach Federation (ICF) and he coaches in the UK, Europe and world-wide.

A Board Level Director with 29 years experience in a wide range of sectors.  Andrew is a natural leader with strong skills in all aspects of: human resources, general management, coaching, mentoring and counselling, negotiating and problem solving.  He obtains results by utilising skills in an open style, to establish individual ownership and trust. Apart from executive coaching assignments Andrew has recently completed an assignment for a large telecommunications company as Interim HR Director.

Present Focus

Current areas of focus include:

  • Executive & Individual coaching and mentoring of Managing Directors, Board Directors, junior Director’s and Managers from all functions (including newly appointed HR Directors)
  • Coaching specialities include: Executive; High-impact within existing role; New to the job or company; Career transition (internal or re-orientation)
  • Forming and leading consortia to address specific client needs in the fields of HR, restructuring, cultural and change management, specific training projects, recruitment, staff surveys, 360 degree feedback and other HR needs
  • Facilitation of negotiations with Trade Unions, including: company restructuring, collective work agreements, new social packages
  • HR “health checks” and best practice reviews
  • Interim HR Management and recruitment of new candidates
  • General HR and business consultancy
  • Consultancy and facilitation in the recruitment of executive and top senior managers
