Sarah
Sell - Administration Manager
Sarah joined Cullen Scholefield in April 2006 coming from a background in telecoms and IT where her roles were primarily in business account management. She firmly believes in delivering high standards of service to our customers and that this can only be achieved by fully understanding their needs. Sarah has previously participated in numerous training programmes, particularly at BT, which included communication, sales and presentation skills. She also attended courses on team building and self-development.
Along with Sarah Trim, she works hard to provide customer, candidate and tutor support to the highest possible standard. She continues to identify where improvements can be made to the admin processes. Her implementation of the web-based MyOffice diary and task management system has provided improved visibility and management of the work carried out by Cullen Scholefield personnel.
To validate her management skills Sarah intends to complete her NVQ Management Level 4 this year.
On a personal note Sarah has been extending and refurbishing her house during the first part of this year and is very much looking forward to it being completed by Spring.

Trim - Administration Officer
Sarah Trim joined Cullen Scholefield along with her manager Sarah Sell in April 2006. The admin team supports candidates, consultants, managers and operations in a friendly, efficient and dedicated manner.
Sarah has excellent IT and communication skills. She takes pride in paying attention to detail, and continually proves to be a great asset to Cullen Scholefield. Sarah has taken ownership for our new client database system, working very hard and meticulously on this project. The database will be a great support to our candidates and consultants as we will be able to track progress more effectively and to chase, gently, for items from our candidates.
Her previous experience includes 4 years working in a verification role providing management information to senior management within Lloyds TSB Private Banking. This helped Lloyds TSB meet the compliance requirements of the Financial Services Authority. Prior to Lloyds Sarah worked for a Pitman Training Centre. She supervised candidate activity and was involved in one-to-one IT training.
Sarah works flexibly in order to carry out her volunteer work which involves teaching, therefore taking advantage of Cullen Scholefield’s Work-life Balance culture.
We are all also delighted to congratulate Sarah on her recent marriage!
