Philip
Gott - Customer Liaison Manager
Throughout his career Phil has worked in customer facing roles, mainly in the hospitality and catering sector. He has managed Food and Beverage and Banqueting departments in several large hotels, latterly in London. Subsequently working in a consultancy capacity, he completed a wide range of market and financial feasability studies for UK retail catering operations and managed projects from inception through to completion and opening or letting.
Since joining Cullen Scholefield Phil has lead the Customer Liaison Team which has the primary functions of Sales and Marketing and Customer Service. His knowledge of the various sectors of the economy is constantly updated via conversations with existing and potential future customers. He is also a qualified Assessor for the Customer Service NVQs and has worked with us on a major project.
His major pastimes are socialising, playing the guitar, listening to music and watching football and Formula One.
Phil’s major qualification is the Higher National Diploma in
Hotel and Catering Administration and he recently achieved a distinction
in the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health’s Diploma in
Food Hygiene Management.
Charlie
Price - Customer Liaison
Charlie joined the Cullen Scholefield team in December 2005 and works with Phil in Customer Liaison, which encompasses marketing, sales, customer services and business development. Charlie or Phil will usually be one of the first voices you will hear on the phone when you call us.
Charlie has had a variety of customer focused roles from cinema management to telecoms account management, and in particular enjoys the marketing and customer service functions. We believe that he also has great fun setting up the Cullen Scholefield layout and standards for our materials such as our yearly calendars, signage, event sponsorship, advertisements, online surveys, branded stationery, merchandise and coordinating PR, our new eMail newsletters and materials for the website.
Charlie has a BA Honours in Business and Leisure Management with IT
from
Manchester University. He is also an associate member of the Chartered
Institute of Marketing.
Earlier this year Charlie successfully completed his 18 month studies for a Professional Diploma in Marketing (a big sigh of relief for some!).
Charlie has lived in Sussex for over 20 years and in his spare time enjoys walking, swimming, movies, eating (and drinking) out, listening to music, rugby, driving and travelling to different countries.
