Phil GottPhilip Gott - Customer Liaison Manager

Phil as many of you know is not well enough to work. His battle with cancer continues.

He is happy to know that Mark Tiffany and Claire-Louise Smith are taking care of you all!

Throughout his career Phil has worked in customer facing roles, mainly in the hospitality and catering sector. He has managed Food and Beverage and Banqueting departments in several large hotels. Subsequently working in a consultancy capacity, he completed a wide range of market and financial feasibility studies for UK retail catering operations and managed projects from inception through to completion and opening or letting.

Since joining Cullen Scholefield Phil has lead the Customer Liaison Team which has the primary functions of Sales and Marketing and Customer Service. He is also a qualified Assessor for the Customer Service NVQs. Phil’s major qualification is the Higher National Diploma in Hotel and Catering Administration and he has achieved a distinction in the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health’s Diploma in Food Hygiene Management.
