Jonathan Forrest 
Coaching Overview
An experienced Coach and Mentor with expertise gained within a wide range of sectors including financial services, pharmaceutical, investment banking, IT and central government.
Jonathan has run many events and coached and trained people across the globe. Recent assignments have seen working him in Korea, Miami, Budapest and Istanbul.
An engaging and thought-provoking coach, Jonathan’s sessions are always fun, lively, interesting and help people find answers to issues they may be struggling with. He is also a trained opera singer and has sung over the years in many different venues and appears on a number of recordings!
Present Focus
Current areas of focus include:
- As part of a team of 5 coaches, delivering a leadership programme to 400 of the top leaders in a global software company
- 1 to 1 coaching with a number of clients, including a senior leader at a leading pharmaceutical company
- Developing a series of bite-size programmes for a client
- Facilitating a large conference for a group of Doctors and Physicians
- Working with junior managers in a charitable organisation to provide them with leadership skills
- Using a leadership 360 degree instrument to assess the leadership skills and qualities within the education sector
Professional Development
Jonathan has been a Performance coach, Trainer and Facilitator for over 20 years. For 4 years Jonathan was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs investment bank, working in the Human Capital Management division. A big part of his role there was creating and delivering Goldman’s in-house leadership development programme for its leaders. He also held senior training positions at Logica, NatWest and Sungard
He has recently become a member of the Association for Coaching and is accredited in Hay’s ECI (Emotional Competence Inventory), Zenger Folkman’s Extraordinary Leader and Tetramap instruments.
