Sharon Peake - Consultant
Sharon is a seasoned Human Resources specialist with 15 years experience spanning a range of human capital areas, in global organisations, including:

As well as a wide range of generalist HR activities.
Sharon has experience working in and across different cultures and has led several global change projects in a FTSE 50 company. She currently works as a freelance Leadership and Professional Development Consultant, with her specific areas of interest in helping individuals to reach their potential, including identifying career changes and enabling career progression, and helping build capability for transition to leadership roles. Sharon is an accredited user of various personality assessment tools, including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), Saville Wave, and Motivation Questionnaire (MQ).
Sharon has a Bachelor of Business (Organisation Behaviour) Degree, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology, and is currently studying towards her MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. She is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and is qualified to administer Level A and Level B Psychometric Tests.
