An experienced Coach and Mentor with expertise gained across the media and publishing industries.
Sharon is an Independent Consultant with experience of running coaching and training activities in both the UK and Australia. She is a Graduate of the British Psychological Society. Her experience spans a range of human capital areas in global organisations, including:
- Coaching and mentoring
- Leadership development and succession planning
- Executive recruitment
- Change management
- Team development
- Organisation development
- Skills and leadership training, and
- A wide range of generalist HR activities.
Present Focus
Sharon’s current focus is in helping individuals to reach their potential including identifying career changes and enabling career progression, and helping build capability for transition to leadership roles.
- Using various psychometric instruments to assist individuals to make significant career transitions, achieve personal growth and develop constructive behaviours, and to help employers to make impactice hiring and promotion decisions
- Coaching individuals embarking upon career transition or career reassessment
- Assisting individuals in making the transition to leadership roles
- Mentoring of inner-London youths from disadvantaged backgrounds, to reach their potential
Professional Development
Sharon has a Bachelor of Business (Organisation Behaviour) Degree, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology, and is currently studying towards her MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. She is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and is qualified to administer Level A and Level B Psychometric Tests, including various personality assessment tools, such as: Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), Saville Wave, and Motivation Questionnaire (MQ).
