Christopher Simon-Evans
Christopher is a qualified management coach and consultant and has worked in the field of international coaching and management development for the last 15 years. Prior to this he was a Director of two executive search and selection consultancies, and worked in international banking. He has had significant periods in consultancy with Accenture and Deloitte, and now works with business leaders, high potential managers and teams in the UK and across Europe to help improve performance in key areas such as: international leadership, team development, business communication, change management, and cross-cultural skills. He is bi-lingual in English and French and will shortly be accredited in the use of the Hogan assessment instruments.
Recent work includes:
- Facilitation of high profile 3-day international leadership development programs for two top global IT companies. These programs were delivered in Dubai, Vienna, Bratislava and the UK and were followed by one-to-one coaching programs with delegates.
- Co-facilitation of a one-day organisational development workshop for the top 80 people in a leading US food company.
- 360 degree feedback sessions with the senior managers of an international re-insurer.
- “Coaching skills for managers” seminars and one-to-one management coaching for a local government client. Also a faculty member of their HR Academy.
- One-to-one coaching with the MD designate of a major UK engineering business.
- One-to-one coaching with the Finance Director of a leading City fund management firm.
- Facilitation of a team-building day for the management team of a leading UK insurer.
- Design and delivery of client presentation skills training for executives in the City.
Christopher has an honours degree in French and Philosophy from the University of Birmingham. He holds Certificates in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Performance Coaching from the Centre for Coaching/Middlesex University. He is a full member of the Association for Coaching, a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultancy and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is bi-lingual in English and French and is able to coach and train in both languages.
