Dave Radmore – Consultant
Dave has spent the last 21 years in Human Resources. Since 2001 he has undertaken the role of a business adviser and trainer, providing consultancy to a range of organisations from different sectors and of different sizes and delivering management training. Most recently this has included being director of a company delivering management, leadership and coach training. The programmes offered qualifications where required and the client base ranged from private sector companies to public and voluntary sector organisations.
Dave’s main areas of interest and expertise are in HR management and the implementation of the HR practices to enable effective management. This typically encompasses the whole range of HR from recruitment and selection, through induction and to managing performance.
Dave is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Member of the Institute of Business Consultants.
