Gail is an experienced HR professional who has a strong commitment and passion for personal and organisational development. She is committed to working with clients from their perspective and seeks to provide friendly, practical frameworks which encourage success and promote self awareness. Gail is also a great believer in encouraging results which are sustainable and give added value to the individual, team and organisation.
Gail worked with Coopers and Lybrand for 10 years before venturing out into the wider business community. Clients include Lloyds of London, Axa Insurance, The Children’s Society, Colt Telecom as well as a number of SME’s and entrepreneurs.
Gail is an experienced trainer who delivers a wide range of bespoke events and currently delivers our Certificate in Training Practice which is all about how to make learning stimulating, fun and enjoyable for both the participant and the trainer.
Gail is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a qualified coach, a Master Practitioner of NLP and a licensed practitioner of the Strength Deployment Inventory.
