Les Jones - Senior Consultant
Les joined the consultancy in 2006. He has a varied background covering over twenty years as a Royal Naval officer and over five years experience of working as an operations manager and director in exhibitions, the automotive sector and performance management agency.
Les brings a sense of proportion, pragmatism and reality to development programmes he manages. His focus so far has been the Certificate in Training Practice and Learning & Development NVQ programmes. He will soon be engaged fully in assessing candidates who have selected the Professional Assessment of Competence route to CIPD Chartered Membership.
Les is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is also a Member of the
Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute of Linguists
as a practicing Russian interpreter.
