Maureen Scholefield - Managing Director
Maureen has led the consultancy since 1986. She works at a strategic level and facilitates Board Level workshops. She is an effective coach and mentor for senior executives as she is able to challenge conventional thinking in a positive way.
She believes that Investors in People is a critical business tool. She has acted as a Panel Chair for Investors in People and was invited to join the Quality South East (QSE) Board in 2001, QSE is the accrediting body for Investors in People in the South East. In November 2004 Maureen became Chair of QSE. She ceased this activity in November 2006.
She has been a Regional Councillor for the Confederation of British Industry Regional Council for the South East. She retains her close links with CBI.
City & Guilds awarded her with Honorary Membership of City & Guilds in recognition to her services to Training and Development. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
