Peter Stokes - Consultant
Peter is based in Sussex and concentrates on helping teams and individuals develop and grow in their roles and careers often at times of change. This has included helping senior teams operate better together and work towards new and challenging business goals as well as assisting people in the way they present themselves within the workplace. He has trained, coached, worked as a locum and carried out consulting activities in a wide range of sectors both in the UK and abroad this has given him the credibility to operate in diverse business environments. He is trained in a number of psychometric instruments.
Prior to this he has worked in a number of Human Resource and Development roles in service organisations such as the AA, BBC, Dun & Bradstreet and Lunn Poly.
Peter is therefore an ideal person to be involved in the assessment of candidates who wish to gain recognition of their competence. He is a valuable member of the Cullen Scholefield Professional Assessment of Competence (PAC) team. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
He is passionate about most sports, particularly rugby and golf, and
has an active interest in the history of his home town of Horsham.
