Roger Jarrold - Consultant
Roger was born and educated in Ipswich, Suffolk. After completing his National Service in the Royal Navy as a Russian translator he achieved an honours degree in History at University College London.
He worked for nine years with British Rail Southern Region starting as a Management Trainee and then in the Personnel Department at their Head Office. From 1969 to retirement Roger was a Senior Lecturer in Personnel Management on CIPD courses mainly at Suffolk College. Soon after retirement Roger became associated with Cullen Scholefield and marks the Certificate in Personnel Practice and Certificate in Training Practice assignments and projects. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
He is married to Eileen and has two grown up sons. His interests are sailing, golf, theatre and watching Ipswich Town FC.
