Shelagh Murdoch - Consultant
Shelagh's association with Cullen Scholefield began in 1990 in her
role as
Manager, Professional Education at the CIPD (then the IPM).
Her career before that included 11 years in Human Resource and Development
roles in the service sector and she therefore also has personal operational
experience.
Shelagh's work at the CIPD gave her an excellent knowledge of their professional standards, assessment philosophy and quality assurance mechanisms.
Since retiring from the CIPD in April 2005, she has continued this association by becoming one of Cullen Scholefield's NVQ and PAC assessors.
In the latter role, Shelagh is lead marker of our PAC candidate's Management Research Reports and works closely with our advisors and assessors.
Shelagh works closely with Carol Bates and Les Jones in the delivery of a contract for Recruitment NVQs. She is also working with Susan Goulbourne on the harmonisation of Cullen Scholefield’s quality assurance processes across all the programmes offered.
She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has an MA in Strategic HRM.
