Executive Coaching
The demands on managers appear to be directly linked with the pace of change. Emphasis on the importance of technical competence has always been a key factor for managers; but forward looking organisations now recognise the equal importance of so called ‘soft skills’. ‘Soft skills’ can be harder to define, and even more difficult to develop, but they are an essential element of the skilled manager’s toolbox.
This why we offer the support of our highly skilled coaches who
- give specific input and on-going support to deal with blockages relating to behavioural and communication issues
- help to identify improvements in how a manager relates to his/her direct reports
- Provide a sounding board and guidance on confidential issues that may be difficult to raise in house
- Create a forum to rehearse new approaches and receive feedback on these
