The new qualifications set at Level 3 and 7. At Level 3 CPP and CTP are being replaced with:
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Practice
- Certificate or Diploma in Learning & Development Practice
- Upgrades for existing CPP and CTP candidates
At Level 7 the Professional Development Scheme (PDS) is being replaced with:
- Awards in HR Management
- Awards in HR Development
- Certificate in HR Management
- Certificate in HR Development
- Diploma in HR Management
- Diploma in HR Development
The Diplomas in HRM and HRD will demonstrate competence against the knowledge requirements for Chartered Membership.
We will also discuss the new Membership Criteria to cover the following grades:
- Associate
- Chartered Member
- Chartered Fellow
