Circle of Peers Launch
Over 10 Professional Assessment of Competence (PAC) candidates came together on 18th April 2007 for a pilot meeting. The venue was interesting on the Sunborn Yacht moored close to Excel the venue of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) HRD Week. We were lucky to have a gloriously sunny day.
The day started with networking lunch taken on the deck and in the Captain's Club.
Brenda Roper from ACAS facilitated a discussion around two topical issues:
A Management Research Report briefing followed. We find that having a larger group stimulates discussion and enable points to be clarified.
