Circle of Peers Fizzes
Over 20 Professional Assessment of Competence (PAC) candidates came together on 4th July 2007 - a gloriously sunny day.
The day started with a Management Research Report briefing. We find that having a larger group stimulates discussion and enable points to be clarified.
By 1230 people were ready to have a tour of the winery led by Simon Roberts. One of the two master winemakers at Ridgeview. We were able to then taste and enjoy three different types of Ridgeview Sparkling Wine
- Bloomsbury
- Grosvenor
- Fitzrovia – a rosé
The vineyard has been so successful that it is best to buy their wines from Waitrose as stocks are very low at the vineyard. Additional acres have been put to vine and the vineyard soon hopes to achieve 500,000 bottles a year. Those who visited the cellar were encouraged to see the stocks maturing!
