Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
Effective managers need to be able to coach or mentor their team. It is common to offer coaching workshops and give managers the opportunity to learn about coaching techniques. Such workshops are very valuable but they do not require the manager to apply these techniques in the work place.
We are pleased to say that we are able to offer a real blended solution to this by offering:

- One to one discussion and assessment

The certificate is gained by demonstrating coaching and mentoring skills with two team members.
