Evaluation

The success criteria would be established at the start with the manager and the manager’s sponsor. Any criteria identified would be expressed in measurable terms so that all involved will be able to describe and recognise the distance travelled.

A final meeting will be held with the manager and sponsor to carry out the evaluation.
