Richard is Director of HR at Orbis Technology. The organisation is the world's leading provider of interactive gaming and betting solutions.
Richard found us on the CIPD Website when looking at the Professional Assessment of Competence (PAC) Route to Chartered Membership. Richard feels that PAC was not an easy solution as it was harder work than he expected. This has been he has assimilated knowledge along the way he feels that this will be useful in the future.
Richard feels that we encouraged him to keep going, that our people are superb and that our approach is faultless - in answer to the question "Did we live up to your expectations?" he gave the answer "Oh Yes!!"
Richard was selected as Candidate of the Year for his contribution to current and future PAC Candidates - his Literature Review was superb and we have created a handout to help all of our PAC candidates. Richard was happy for us to share this and we have already seen a marked improvement in all our candidates' work. Richard now plans to apply for Chartered Fellowship.
