Charlotte Davies, HR Officer in
the Tourism and Leisure Department
of the Isle of Man Government
received awards for their success
in achieving CIPD qualifications

Professor Ian Favell, CIPD’s Chief Verifier Professional Assessment of Competence, presented the Awards.  Also present was the new Chairman of the Isle of Man Branch of CIPD, Chief Constable Mike Langdon, a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and boss of Gary Roberts who was last year’s Candidate of the Year when he gained Chartered Membership!

“Part of the process was my management research report on our staff appraisal system which was really useful because I needed to set one up and now I have one!.”  She was full of praise for tutor Carol Bates whom she found delightful and really helpful.
