CIPD Certificate Programmes
We have offered CIPD Certificate Programmes for some time - the Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) since 1987 and the Certificate in Training Practice (CTP) since it was introduced. We have kept pace with the improvements required by CIPD and found some of our own along the way!
Our approach has been pragmatic. We recognise that not everyone enjoys an academic environment or is able to attend day release. Employers also find it difficult to release a key person on a weekly basis as time is precious. Our certificate programmes have key components.
