Fast Track Route

What is the difference? 

This route enables senior HR professionals to access more of our time and expertise.  Instead of working by yourself to prepare for your assessment interview we work with you.  You look out for the evidence and we question and query as we go along.  This is quite a speedy process and by spending focussed time we are able to get you to your goal of Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow sooner.

Who is suitable for the PAC Fast Track Route?

Human Resource professionals who have at least 5 years of management experience and 3 of those years should be in Human Resources.  It may be that only part of the PAC programme is required. This would be discussed and agreed early on.
