Opinion Surveys

Surveys of an organisation's people can provide a valuable insight into their motivation and morale.  They can also give the senior managers of an organisation a 'moment of truth' as their people who are re-assured of total confidentiality have the opportunity to air their feelings.

Surveys can cover all the people within an organisation to gauge opinions or they can be targeted to a specific population or a specific issue.  For example we surveyed 400 senior managers of a national organisation to gather their perceptions of their benefits package.  The outcome being that managers prefered to chose their benefits.  As a result the organisation introduced a benefits menu with guidelines on the value of each choice.
